A little Moroccan classic, reimagined by SOUK.

Our BUTTON keyhanger is made from bundles of colourful hand-knotted buttons, inspired by the traditional decorative buttons found on Moroccan djellabas.

Creating these tiny buttons is a craft in itself. Fine threads are carefully knotted by hand into intricate shapes — a traditional passementerie technique that requires patience, precision and a seriously steady hand.

For SOUK, the colourful buttons are brought together by Kassimi, our long-time passementerie maker in Marrakech, who turns them into these playful little keyhangers. We choose our colour combinations together, making every batch slightly different from the last.

Use it for your keys, add it to a bag or basket, or hang it from a cupboard or door handle. Small, colourful and unmistakably Morocco.

Every BUTTON is handmade, so colours and combinations vary. No two are exactly alike.
