Shipping policy

SOUK in the CITY ships Worldwide. The Seller ships the order within 1 up to 2 business days after the payment is received. If the Customer needs a rushed shipping, he/she may contact the Seller through the contact form.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on 1) the total price of the Customer's order, 2) the destination and 3) the weight of the purchased items. The shipping fees combine automatically when you place multiple items in your cart. See the table below for the shipping fee for your country:

Should a location be too remote and costly to send, we have the right to cancel your order.

The Seller will send the items to the address given by the Customer. Please check whether it is spelled correctly and make sure it is the right one!

All orders are shipped from Belgium through the Belgian Postal Service BPost, with tracking. The following are average delivery times (in business days) as stated by the Belgian Postal Service BPost: Destination Belgium: 1 to 2 business days after shipping. Destination Europe: 2 to 10 business days after shipping.
Intercontinental orders are handled by UPS. A tracking code is sent to the Customer once the shipping label has been processed.

All delivery times are stated as indications given by the Postal Services and the Seller cannot be held liable for any delays on their side.

The Seller adheres to provide accurate information for custom declaration if required. Customs charges may apply, depending on the total shipping amount and the Customer's country legislation. Any custom fees are at the charge of the Customer. The Seller is not liable for what happens to the ordered items when the Customer refrains from paying these customs charges.

Processing time and delivery time may be delayed for any cause placing the Seller in the impossibility to fulfill his obligations, especially in case of Force majeure. Force majeure describes all situations over which the Seller cannot reasonably have any measure of control, such as, but not exclusively, a strike, an embargo, a natural disaster, a fire, or similar situations such as an unforeseen breakdown in the manufacturing or delivery process. Escape is not responsible in case of force majeure of any kind where the Seller in the impossibility to fulfill his obligations. In these cases, the Seller is not obliged to refund the items when lost or damaged. If this occurs, the Customer may contact the Seller through the contact form to find together an arrangement based on the Sellers goodwill.
