Our Deluxe Christmas ornaments bring Moroccan craftsmanship to your festive branches. Handmade from felted wool and decorated with colourful embroidery, each one has its own combination of shades, stitches and patterns. Beautiful mixed together, they add warmth, texture and a playful touch to your Christmas tree.

From wool to a little festive treasure

Each ornament starts with wool, shaped into a rounded felt ball. Felting brings the wool fibres together to create a compact yet soft form — a lovely base for the embroidery that follows.

The felt balls are then embroidered by hand by women who work with Mohamed. Stitch by stitch, they add contrasting colours and decorative patterns to the wool surface. This detailed handwork gives our Deluxe collection its distinctive character.

No two ornaments are exactly alike. Small differences in shape, stitching and pattern are part of the craft, making each piece a little treasure of its own.

Meet Mohamed & the women behind the stitches

We first met Mohamed more than a decade ago while wandering through the souks of Marrakech. He works with wool and felt in his small workshop, creating objects that reflect his skill and dedication to Moroccan craftsmanship.

We source these ornaments directly through him. Mohamed makes the felt pieces, while the women he works with bring them to life with hand embroidery. Their contribution is an essential part of every finished ornament — and of the story we want to share.

Handle gently and store in a dry place. Remove dust with a soft brush. If needed, spot-clean carefully with a slightly damp cloth, without rubbing or soaking, and allow to air-dry fully.
