Meet DOURIA 01 — colour, curves and a wonderfully free approach to pattern.

I found this one at the criée berbère in Marrakech, where its unusual colour palette immediately caught my eye.

Soft dusty pink and muted blue set the tone, mixed with fresh green, warm ochre, burgundy and unexpected flashes of cobalt. Long lines run through the rug, suddenly changing direction or disappearing into abstract shapes. Nothing feels too planned — and that’s exactly what makes it work.

Look closer and the composition becomes even more interesting. Some areas are almost quiet, while others are packed with colour and small irregular details. The soft, tactile wool pile adds another layer, making the colours feel beautifully rich without becoming too bright.

At 262 × 163 cm, DOURIA 01 is a generous size that can easily anchor a living room, sit alongside a large sofa or bring colour and warmth to a bedroom.

CARE

Regularly shake out or gently vacuum using low suction and without a rotating brush.
Rotate occasionally for even wear and air outside from time to time to keep the wool fresh.
For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Avoid machine washing or soaking.
