A little love letter to Morocco, made by hand.

Named after Al-Maghrib (المغرب), the Arabic name for Morocco, this small basket celebrates the country at the heart of SOUK in the CITY. The name means “the west” — a beautiful connection to the place where the sun sets.

Vivid red wool and a green five-pointed star echo the Moroccan flag, bringing a familiar symbol into an everyday object full of colour and character.

Designed by one of the women we work with in Guercif, each basket is woven by hand from natural date palm leaves and carefully wrapped in wool. The texture, the stitches, the little variations: they all tell something of the hands that made it.

Part of our Roots & Origin collection, MAGHRIB brings together traditional craft and a personal expression of belonging. Personally selected here in Morocco, with a love for the people, materials and stories behind each piece.
