Meet ZAG ZAG — playful, graphic and full of colour.

I found this one at the criée berbère in Marrakech and loved its bold zigzag pattern straight away.

Electric blue, mustard, teal, violet, ochre and black come together in a lively geometric composition that feels young, graphic and easy to place. It’s the kind of rug that instantly brings energy into a smaller space.

ZAG ZAG is hand-knotted in wool over a visible cotton foundation. The construction is a little lighter and more rustic than some of our other Boujad rugs, which is also what makes it such an accessible one-of-a-kind piece.

At 150 × 100 cm, it’s a great size for a kid’s room, hallway, beside a bed, in front of a cabinet or as a colourful accent in a smaller apartment.

A fun little Boujad with plenty of personality — without the heavier price tag.

CARE

Regularly shake out or gently vacuum using low suction and without a rotating brush.
Rotate occasionally for even wear and air outside from time to time to keep the rug fresh.
For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Avoid machine washing or soaking.
