Meet ATLAS — bold, colourful and impossible to ignore.

I found this one through Saïd, our trusted Boujad specialist in Morocco, and it was an instant yes.

ATLAS brings together burnt orange, terracotta, deep red, plum, pink and soft green against touches of creamy wool. The composition is wonderfully free: stripes turn into blocks, small checkerboards sit next to irregular geometric shapes, and then suddenly there’s a large field of orange right in the middle.

There’s a lot going on — but somehow, it works.

Hand-knotted in Morocco, ATLAS has a wonderfully tactile wool pile and the irregularities that give a handmade rug its character. Look closely and you keep discovering new little details in the pattern.

At 264 × 171 cm, it’s a generous statement rug made for a room that can handle some colour: under a sofa, in a large bedroom or right in the middle of a living space.

Definitely not the rug that quietly disappears into the background.

CARE

Regularly shake out or gently vacuum using low suction and without a rotating brush.
Rotate occasionally for even wear and air outside from time to time to keep the wool fresh.
For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Avoid machine washing or soaking.
