ORIGIN & SOURCING

Marmoucha rugs come from the Middle Atlas region of Morocco, where wool weaving has a long Amazigh tradition.

ZIGZAG was personally selected for SOUK in the CITY from a contemporary capsule collection by Said, our specialist partner for exceptional Moroccan rugs.

His collection stands out for the quality and condition of the pieces he selects. Rugs are carefully cleaned, washed and finished before they reach us, while retaining the handmade character that makes each one unique.

We chose this particular piece for its soft wool, warm natural palette and graphic pattern — a beautiful example of traditional Moroccan weaving that feels completely at home in a contemporary interior.

CARE
