ECHO PEAK is a one-of-a-kind Mrirt rug, handwoven in the Middle Atlas and personally sourced at the Marrakech carpet auction — la criée.

Its graphic design is created through texture as much as colour: thick, raised ivory wool forms a rhythmic chevron pattern over a finely woven charcoal base. From a distance it feels bold and architectural; up close, the contrast between dense soft pile and flat weave reveals just how beautifully constructed this piece is.

At 105 × 170 cm, ECHO PEAK is a versatile smaller rug — perfect beside a bed, in a dressing room, reading corner or anywhere you want to introduce texture without filling the entire space.

ECHO PEAK was personally sourced by Joëlle at the Marrakech carpet auction — la criée. Its unusual combination of graphic pattern, high pile and visible flat weave is exactly what made this piece stand out.
